THMS Vaccine Clinic Update

Dear THMS Families, We are ready and excited to host our COVID vaccine clinic in partnership with PCHC this coming Monday 5/17 at THMS! The clinic will begin roughly between 9:30-9:45 am. PCHC will be coming from another local school and so the start time may vary slightly. If you have indicated that you would like to be present with your child, or are a parent of a remote student- please plan to arrive before 10am. Check in with Ms. Carrie at the front desk and we will unite you with your child. There may be a short wait period but we want to try to assure that things run as smoothly as possible. Please also be sure that you are available by phone Monday morning- there were several consent forms turned in without all of the questions marked completely. I apologize that I didn't get a chance to reach out today to get those answered, but someone will be calling on Monday before vaccine administration. If your child was placed into quarantine today there are a few options. I am happy to assist in any way- just let me know what you decide. 1. The date of our 2nd dose clinic is Monday 6/7. Your student may receive their 1st dose on that day. If you would like this, you will need to follow up outside of school 3 weeks later for 2nd doses. 2. You can choose to obtain the vaccine outside of school at any vaccine site. Thank you for your continued support, patience and understanding during this trying week and year.
